Heath Bar Blondies

It's been a while since I've made blondies, but I wanted to try this recipe out for my sister, Catherine. I made these yesterday morning for her birthday and shipped them off (hopefully she got them today). I saved some edges for Aubrey and me to taste, and whoa! They were really good.
Catherine and I are really particular with our baking. We give the ugly pieces and edges away to our family to taste, and then we save the pretty pieces to give away. Sooo, that's why I kept the edges for Aubrey and me.
Cat, this time you get the pretty pieces.... Happy Birthday!

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped Heath Bars

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Cream together the brown sugar and melted butter. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients to the batter and mix until blended.
Stir in Heath Bars and spread batter into a greased 8x8-inch pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Let the blondies completely cool before cutting.
