Mrs. Nita's Chicken Salad

I love chicken salad, and Aubrey got this new recipe from our friend (and neighboor), Mrs. Nita. Aubrey told me that I needed to get the recipe because it was "the bomb." The next day, he saw Mrs. Nita and asked her what she put in it, and we recreated it today. He is right. It is "the bomb."

Ingredients:
1 rotisserie chicken (meat chopped)
1 celery rib, finely diced
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 granny smith apple, cut in small pieces
1/2 cup grapes, sliced
Mayo and sour cream (I used light) to the consistency you like
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until combined.

This looks yummy! You have a wonderful blog...I just spent the last 30 min. with my cup of coffee in hand going through all your recipes. I flagged a few to try, especially Sugar's caramel cake. I can't wait for more updates!

Celery, huh? :-) I told you it'd make chicken salad taste better! Using the chicken already cooked sure makes making chicken salad easier.
Illu!
