Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!
I'm sitting here with a full belly (it's been full all day) and writing this quick post before I go to bed. I just wanted to mention a website that you all should visit. "Food" for thought

Being a Christian is much like cooking. There are several circumstances that we have been through (good & bad), & that's what has made us who we are. Speaking in "cooking" terms, there are several ingredients that go into the recipe (some taste good alone, and some don't). How many of us would swallow a TBSP of ground cumin? BUT when this ingredient is added with other ingredients, it makes for a perfect dish. Just like all of the ingredients come together to make the recipe good... all of our circumstances come together to make us who we are. God says that "in ALL circumstances, He works for the good for those who love Him" (Romans 8:28). I promise that the Lord is cooking up something good in our lives. His recipe isn't quite finished yet, but when it is.... it will be perfectly delightful!
