Pita Pizza

This is my favorite week night meal to fix because it's so easy, and clean-up is a breeze.... not to mention that it's good, too. I decided to make this tonight because I had some veggies in the fridge that were about to go to waste. This was a good way to get rid of them and give us nutrition at the same time. You can put whatever you like on your pizza... this is just what we had in our fridge.

Ingredients:
2 (7-inch) pita flatbreads
1/3 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 green bell pepper, sliced
few slices of red onions
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.
Place pita on an un-greased cookie sheet. Top with pizza sauce, Mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, bell pepper, onions, and Parmesan cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
